As clumsy as you've been, there's no one laughing (except Libby)

OK, here it is. I've watched it 600 times. My dogs shoot out like a rocket, I'm not on the metal brake because I'm on the road and lose my balance after hitting a berm. You can hear Libby chuckle in the background.

What the heck were they thinking with a little opening from the street like that? Well, you recovered gracefully :) I am finally in Juneau in a few weeks, yeah!!! If you ever want to come to Juneau we can watch old "Friends" episodes :) :)

Ummm....I won't be in ALaska until August but I am so so so inviting myself along for Ferry rides to Juneau and Friends marathons.

I can't get the video to open here...is there a place I can go on You Tube to watch?

President! Called it! Heh Heh.
The more the merrier. Can our club be called the Outsiders...because we're all, you know, Outsiders. And I love the book. Ponyboy! Called it!
The video is on YouTube. It's called 'Wipeout' and it's in the Pets and Animals category with the labels mushing and dog sledding. Enjoy!

You need Turbo Boost on your sled like Kitt had in Knight Rider since this appears to be a common occurrence. I also notice a pole placed behind the berm to gore you if you did make it. Nice. Ah well, every superhero needs an arch nemesis...

HAHA! Sorry for laughing, but that is classic. Even better is Sam's comment at the end... :)

At least you bounced back up!

Doood! That wasn't a laugh, it was groan. I mean, I laughed at the VERY end, but only because all's well that ends well. You recovered so flippin fast! I agree with Juneau Eco Mommie that it was stupid to start the race right before a road crossing. Cars and trucks kept having to dart through between teams! And the trail was hard as a rock right there! That was ridiculous. Another guy wiped out HARDCORE. He snapped the stake that WAS INDEED, Johnny G, waiting to gore the mushers... and THEN he LOST HIS TEAM. Oy. Girl, you all good. Sad the season's over, but SO GLAD Paul Taylor (Reuters), Cousin Bill & I got to see your awesome last run. I'm so proud of you.

Oi, mate. You DID recover quickly, good on ya! Ummmmm, kinda a dumb place for the organizers to start the race... unless of course they wanted wipeouts.
